Effortless Logistics understands the frustrations experienced by many people residing in Namibia who are interest in purchasing goods from international stores but face challenges when attempting to import their purchased goods to Namibia. These barriers are at most times experienced as a result of the tedious administration required to import products and the costly shipping fees.

In addition, there are a number of online stores that do not ship to Namibia. Effortless Logistics offers its Namibian clients delivery services of packages from the US to Namibia. As our client, you can purchase the latest make-up, clothes, shoes, bags, fashion, electronics or anything else you wish to purchase from any online store and we will deliver it to Namibia.

Effortless Logistics will only deliver parcels with items not listed on the list of items prohibited for import and shipping to Namibia. Kindly ensure that the items you order are in line with Namibian import laws and regulations.

How it works

Step 1: Send us an email at deliveries@effortlesslogistics.com.na to get your US shipping address. Once you have your US shipping address you can use it when you shop online.

Step 2: Shop at any online store of your choice. Enter your name and US shipping address at checkout and your parcel will be shipped to us.

Step 3: We will notify you as soon as we receive your parcel at the US address. Once we have received your shipment you will be required to pay the logistics fee based on your shipping option. Click here to access information on the logistic options and fees. In the event that a client requests for us to hold on to their parcel before shipping it to Namibia, all ordered items delivered to our US address may be kept for a maximum period of two weeks with no holding fee. After two weeks a daily holding fee will be charged for storage.

Step 4: Your parcel will be shipped and delivered to our pickup address in Windhoek Namibia. You pay your portion of the customs fee and collect your parcel.
